Day 270

I'm done with finals, and today I finished my grading, so tomorrow I'm going on a road trip. This is the plan for the next 5 days.  

My friend Jaimie and I have been talking about doing this for about a year now. Last spring break it didn't materialize for whatever reason, but this time around neither of us had any plans. So we hit the interwebs and found what we thought was cool, and then we made a list. So this is what we came up with.


We're going at a breakneck pace, and we're kind of flying by the seat of our pants, but it's exciting like that and I'm pumped! And to add to the excitement, I decided to film the entire journey on 16mm film and make a movie out of it. I got some kodak stock and rented a sweet Bolex REX-5 and I loaded it up tonight:




I'm really looking forward to tomorrow, I think a little wanderlust to clear my head is just what the doctor ordered.
