Today was St. Patrick's Day and I was feeling Irish.
Irish Car Bomb:
Pour a glass of Guinness Stout. Fill a shot glass first half full with Bailey's, then fill the other half with Jameson. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will begin to curdle, so make sure to down it!
