I'm done with finals, and today I finished my grading, so tomorrow I'm going on a road trip. This is the plan for the next 5 days.

Today was my gnarly day for finals. Two essays due in the morning and a film final in the afternoon. I stopped by the library and I thought I was hallucinating when I looked in the mirror. I saw John, Paul, George and Ringo. Turns out it was just a cool art installation in the bathroom!

It's finals week, and all of my finals are crammed into the next three days. The one that I'm least worried about, Experimental Film, is coincidentally the one I'm thinking about most. I've got abstraction on the mind, and I'm so strung out on caffeine that the world seems foreign to me. So for your viewing pleasure, I have something a little abstract for you. I can't wait for this to be over!

I have a lot of people ask me questions about camera stuff. My roommate Jake is looking to buy a camera and we were talking about what he should look into getting. I told him flashes are where it's at, and then we did a little test.

Today Joe and I went and shot a movie for our Experimental Film final. Vince tagged along to see what making an experimental movie is like. I don't think he was prepared for Joe's skills as a sound recorder. Joe was actually able to get some sounds out of this dead bird...
