I chopped all my hair off. It was getting kind of long and annoying, especially since I've been running around like a crazy person. It feels nice to be streamlined, but I didn't realize how cold my head would get! I've had to tap into the beanie collection lately. 

This picture was simple, just my 430ex II on a light stand. I synced it with a cable though, rather then my cheap wireless triggers, and played with the hi-speed sync function. It worked nicely, my kitchen (where I took this) was well lit by a window, but the high shutter speed brought the ambient light down, letting me light what I wanted with my flash. The hardest part was working in my tiny kitchen, but I got what I needed. I damn near went blind looking right into that flash, though!
