Day 40

I celebrated my return to IV a little too hard last night and woke up with a wicked hangover. 
Jordan asked me if I wanted to go on a hike this morning, and I wasn't going to let last night's festivities ruin my day, so I forced myself to go. I was a little slow on the trail, but my camera was on fire.  We went on this fairly popular trail in SB that has some waterfalls and some pools, and  when the water is flowing, you can actually go swimming. They're all dried up right now, which was kind of cool in itself because you could climb up where the falls normally are and explore a little bit. This was pretty much the end of the trail, after the waterfalls it kind of just walls off. Perfect opportunity to kick back and snap this photo of Jordan exploring. 


I took this with my canon point and shoot camera, and I have to say I'm really stoked about it. When I don't have room to carry my HDSLR, or I don't feel like putting it in a dangerous situation, I bring this camera with me, and I'm really satisfied with the pictures it takes, especially for the size. A little photoshoppin' and we're good to go.
