Today is America's birthday, and I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate it than shootin' some semi-automatic rifles.
We're still in Laughlin, so we rolled outside of the city limits to go shoot at some trash. The pistols were all fun and games, and then we brought on the big guns (pun intended). It was funny to see the girls shooting (check out my photostream for more pictures), and Austin and Garrett loved firing off the AK down by their waist like they were guerrilla fighters.
I like this shot because a) you can see the shell ejecting from the gun and b) you can see the dust coming up from where the bullet hit. Overall, it was a fun day shooting. Afterwords, we went out on the boat, and then after coming home we went to a nice dinner and enjoyed some fireworks. I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate America!
