Since we got back from winter break they've been doing construction on my street. They've torn up all the piping running towards the ocean and are replacing it. I live on a one way street, so there's no avoiding it, and they are constantly shutting down the intersection. Add to that the noise and the dust and I'm starting to go crazy from it. They're making me feel like a grumpy old man! 

All it takes is one random, mischievous act though, and I remember I'm in college and live in the best college town on the planet. I walked outside of my house the other day and I thought I saw shoes hanging off of a telephone wire. It's a pretty common occurrence in IV, but then I looked a little closer:
